Cedar Park Christian beats Vashon Island 3-1 | Prep Volleyball

The Cedar Park Christian volleyball team beat Vashon Island Monday 3-1.

It looked like Cedar Park would win in a blowout during the first game, holding Vashon Island to just 15 points, but their opponents put the loss behind them by winning the second game 25-22. Once again Cedar Park got the momentum back during the third game to win by nine points. The Bothell team put the finishing touches on the victory during the fourth game, 25-17.

Cedar Park was led by Lani Hansen with 35 assists and Mikayla Massad with 16 kills. Massad also had 13 digs and five aces. Jericha Jensen contributed nine kills for Cedar Park.
