Cedar Park Christian struggled to stop Lakewood senior running back Tyler Courtney on Friday, as he rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries.

Ultimately, the Cougars took down the Eagles, 39-14, in a Cascade Conference game on Friday night.

Cedar Park scored its first touchdown on a quarterback run, as Jaden Sheffey scored from three-yards out. Jack Flynn scored on a three-yard run during the second quarter to cap the scoring for the Eagles.

Big plays for Lakewood included a 100-yard David Le kick return touchdown, a Matt Ramirez interception in the red zone, and Sean Dawson blocked punt.
