Outlook: What Smith has done with the Cedar Park Christian track program is nothing less than remarkable. In 1999, the track program had five athletes total. This year, that number is 65.

The highlight of the program was in 2006, when the girls won both the tri-district and the state championship behind five individual state championships, as well as a relay.
