Registration is now open for Epiphany Lutheran Church’s first 3-on-3 basketball tournament on Aug. 15. The tournament will feature 14 divisions: seven female teams and seven male teams, and teams may be made up of three or four players. There is a two-game guarantee and a maximum of four games per team. Local high school referees will officiate and t-shirts will be awarded for both division and consolation bracket winners.

The tournament is free for spectators and concessions will be available on site.

“We’re excited to host this first 3-on-3 tournament. We hope this event will be the first of many and that it will provide a fun-filled day for youth and adults in our community,” said Greg Brown, event chair.

Net proceeds from the tournament will be added to a special fund to help build a new multi-use facility in the lot just south of the church where local community events can be held.
