• Inglemoor’s Alex Nelson scored a season-high 28 points in her team’s 52-46 win over first-place Roosevelt.

• Cedar Park Christian’s Tommy McCullough scored a team-high 17 points in the Eagles’ 58-28 win over Northwest.

• In Cedar Park girls basketball, Brittany Kragerud lit up the scoreboard with 16 points in a 58-30 victory over Forest Ridge.

On Blue and Gold Night, Mattie Shelford led the team with 17 points in a 38-32 victory.

Freshman Brie Burroughs remarks on the team’s improvement, “We were all individually talented and skilled, but we couldn’t put that together and work as a team. Forest Ridge was our turning point from that and we showed that we could work as a team and play amazing if we did that.”
