The Inglemoor High School cross country teams finished up the regular season with double wins on Thursday.
The boys defeated Newport, Bellevue and Woodinville. Nick Laccinole cruised to a win with a time of 16-minutes, 9-seconds over the 5,000-meter course. He was followed by Gavin Parpart in 16:20.
The boys team finished the regular season 7-1.
The girls also won by placing nine girls in the top 13. Rebecca Ledsham won in a time of 19:43, followed by Bailey Fjelstul in a time of 20:04.
The girls team is 5-3 this season.
Next up for the teams are the 4A KingCo Championships on Oct. 24 at Lake Sammamish State Park.
