Inglemoor’s boys basketball season came to an end on Saturday at the 4A state regionals in Longview. Battle Ground defeated the Viks, 72-57, at Mark Morris High. Inglemoor led 18-14 after one quarter; the game was tied 27-27 at halftime; and Battle Ground led 45-41 at the end of three quarters. Zach Shimek had 17 points, Brady Casto had 15 points (including four treys) and Peter Hansen had 18 rebounds for the Vikings (18-10).
