After being upset during winter break in a holiday tournament, the Inglemoor High School girls basketball team has regained some momentum. The Vikings defeated Bishop Blanchet, 52-50, on Monday in Kenmore.

After being upset during winter break in a holiday tournament, the Inglemoor High School girls basketball team has regained some momentum. The Vikings defeated Bishop Blanchet, 52-50, on Monday in Kenmore.

The visiting team held a narrow lead during the first quarter but the Vikings played well in the second quarter, outscoring Blanchet by 10 points, to take a 29-23 lead at halftime.

Inglemoor would make that lead hold up despite being outscored by six points during the final eight minutes of play.

Deja Strother led all scorers with 17 points, while her Viking teammate Jordana Price scored 14 points.
