The Inglemoor High School girls soccer team crushed Bothell, 5-0, on Saturday at Pop Keeney Stadium in Bothell.

The Inglemoor High School girls soccer team crushed Bothell, 5-0, on Saturday at Pop Keeney Stadium in Bothell.

The Vikings took a very early lead, as Kelsy Berge scored off of a Jordan Lemieux pass during the first minute of play.

Careena Alaoui put Ingelmoor up 2-0, also on a Lemieux pass, during the first half.

Lemieux scored a goal of her own, unassisted, just after halftime.

Kat Deboodt scored during the 54th minute of play on a pass from Kylie Russell to put the Vikings up 4-0 and Alaoui put her second ball of the game into the Cougar’s net to finish off the scoring.

The win for Inglemoor is the team’s fourth in league play against no losses. The Vikings will play again at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, hosting Mount Si.

Bothell falls to 1-2 in league play and will also play at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, hosting Issaquah.
