Inglemoor defeats Bothell 117-66 in regular-season finale | Prep swimming

The Inglemoor High swim team swept the relays and won six individual events in a 117-66 conference win over Bothell on Thursday, Oct. 13 at the Juanita Aquatics Center in Kirkland.

The Inglemoor High swim team swept the relays and won six individual events in a 117-66 conference win over Bothell on Thursday, Oct. 13 at the Juanita Aquatics Center in Kirkland.

Inglemoor’s Gabrielle Dang won the 200 individual medley, the 50 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke, and Inglemoor’s Daniell Doennebrink won the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke.

Inglemoor’s Alexandra Macdonald won the 500 freestyle.

Doennebrink, Dang, Macdonald and Elizavetra Panova make up the medley and 200 freestyle teams, while Madison Chow, Kathleen Kirk, Brooke Hill and Lynn Chou won the 400 freestyle.

Bothell’s Amalie Ratliff won the 200 freestyle and Jazlynn Pak won the 100 freestyle.

Inglemoor finished the year 3-4 in conference duals, while Bothell finished the season 1-6.

Next, for both teams is the KingCo Championship meet on Friday, Oct. 28 at the UW Pavillion poolon Seattle. The second day of the conference championships is scheduled for Oct. 29 at Kamiak High School in Mukilteo.
