Inglemoor defeats Bothell by three strokes | Prep golf

The Inglemoor High School boys golf team squeezed out a victory Tuesday evening by just three strokes against Bothell at Wayne Golf Course. The Vikings finished the course with 195 strokes to the Cougars’ 198 in KingCo 4A action.

Inglemoor’s Evan Ponto completed the course in 35 strokes to take first overall, while Bothell’s Max Tucker finished second with 36. Jason Richardson finished third with 38 strokes for the Vikings and Steve Mortenson was fourth with 39. Bothell’s Caleb An and Inglemoor’s Mitchell Wiggins tied for fifth with 40 strokes each.
