Inglemoor High School graduate Tansey Lystad brings her collegiate career to a close this weekend when she competes in the 5K event at Historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. on June 13.
Lystad enters the event with the 11th fastest time, 15-minutes, 42-seconds in women’s NCAA Div 1 during the 2015 season.
She has also competed at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field 2014 meet during the Steeplechase, NCAA Cross Country Championships in November 2015, placing 15th overall, and the NCAA Indoor Track and Field meet in March 2015 in Arkansas.
Currently, she is competing as an All-American at the University of Portland and graduated in May with a major in biology and a minor in psychology and will be heading to Boise State for graduate school.
