Inglemoor, North Creek and Bothell win on gridiron / Football

Cedar Park’s Wilkins runs for 299 yards

Inglemoor, North Creek and Bothell continued their winning streaks with football victories on Friday and Saturday night. Inglemoor beat Roosevelt, 21-14, North Creek triumphed over West Seattle, 46-16, and Bothell defeated Kennedy Catholic, 59-41. Blaine beat Cedar Park Christian, 27-23.

For Inglemoor, Trevor Thurman scored on a 21-yard pass from Kolby Solomon, who also tallied on a 3-yard run and passed to Colby Ryden for a 13-yard score. Braden Dick nailed all three PATs. Jake Dick ran the ball 24 times for 136 yards and Solomon was 13-for-24 passing for 123 yards.

Jaden Landagora scored three times for North Creek on runs of 8 and 19 yards and a 60-yard kickoff return. Shea Hoogerwerf tallied on runs of 8 and 17 yards, Nathan Craig had a 5-yard interception return for a score and Zach Cunningham scored on a 13-yard run. Timothy Olson ran the ball eight times for 123 yards, Landagora had 10 carries for 107 yards and Hoogerwerf hauled the ball 13 times for 99 yards.

In Bothell’s win, Christian Galvan ignited the Cougars’ offensive attack with 30 carries for 251 yards and four touchdowns on two runs of 5 yards, a 4-yarder and a 29-yarder. Riley Morrison caught TD passes of 12 and 8 yards from Erik Bainter and ran a 17-yarder into the end zone as well. Colin Fisherkeller scored on a 3-yard run and Black Bickhaus had a safety. Bainter connected on 10 passes in 23 tries for 139 yards.

Cedar Park’s Zach Wilkins ran wild for 299 yards on 23 carries for three touchdowns of 48, 71 and 85 yards. Ethan Thomas had a 26-yard field goal for the Eagles.
