Inglemoor’s Laird takes seventh at state cross-country meet

Inglemoor High’s Cooper Laird placed seventh at the 4A boys state cross-country meet on Nov. 9 at Willows Run Golf Course in Pasco. He notched a time of 15:23.50.

Also for Inglemoor, Tyler Neher took 70th in 16:21.90.

On the Northshore girls’ side, Bothell’s Kerstin Ly took 11th (18:37.60) and Monserrat Lopez finished 29th (19:04.20).

In 1A action, Cedar Park Christian’s Micah Chi took 53rd (17:20.60) and Will Chi took 80th (17:36.30) for the boys, and Lilly Goering took 58th (21:04.50) for the girls.
