Zach LaVine had one of the best performances of his prep carrier Friday, scoring 41 points at Eastlake High School.

But it was the added pressure of two hot hands for the Cougars that led the team to a 94-70 victory against the Wolves.

LaVine’s performance was aided by 22 points from junior Josh Martin in the paint.

Bothell began the game by building a 44-26 lead by halftime. The Cougars extended that advantage by six during the third quarter before the game became a track meet.

Eastlake and Bothell combined for 60 fourth-quarter points to finish the Cougars’ 10th in-league victory of the season.

Bothell, the No. 1 ranked team in the state, remains undefeated overall at 15-0.
