Morgan Milner and Tammy Tarhini won their singles matches and Bothell took all the doubles matches in Monday’s 5-2 Cougar win over Roosevelt in 4A Kingco girls tennis.

At No. 3 singles, Milner won, 3-6, 6-4, 6-2, and at No. 4, Tarhini won, 6-4, 6-2.

At No. 1-3 doubles, Linda Vinitnantharat-Rachel Wharf won, 0-6, 6-3, 6-2, Sharon Akoto-Jaclyn Nowak won, 6-0, 6-0 and Amanda Ernster-Lauren Weldy won, 6-2, 6-4.

In another 4A Kingco contest, Inglemoor won the top-three singles matches, but lost the rest in a 4-3 Skyline victory.

No. 1 Sabrina Demerath won, 6-4, 6-1, Janae Chinn won, 6-1, 6-1 and Sara Tan won, 6-4, 6-3.

At Snoqualmie Falls Golf Club on Monday, Issaquah defeated Bothell, 225 strokes to 261, in 4A Kingco action.

Issaquah’s Mersadie Tallman was the medalist at 41 strokes.
