Moen qualifies for Snow Shoe Racing Nationals

Kenmore Junior High student Etta Moen, 13, competed in the Washington State Snow Shoe Racing Championships in Cle Elum on Feb. 9 and won her event.

She also qualified to compete at Snow Shoe Racing Nationals March 16 in Bend, Ore.
