The Inglemoor High School football team jumped out to a 14-0 lead at Mount Si Friday night but it was not enough to hold off the Wildcats. Mount Si won the game 21-14.

The Vikings looked like they would steamroll the Wildcats during the first quarter, recovering two fumbles on consecutive Mount Si drives, running both into the end zone for touchdowns.

But Mount Si scored two touchdowns during the second quarter to tie the game before halftime. The teams played to a stalemate during the third quarter before the Wildcats scored the game-winning touchdown during the fourth quarter on a six-yard pass.

The loss drops Inglemoor to 0-5. They will seek their first win of the season on at 7 p.m. on Oct. 10 at Pop Keeney Stadium against Woodinville.
