Northshore boys win at Spokane Hoopfest

Local third-graders Cage Schneck, Zach Shimek, Ryan Gibson and Owen Klee, playing for the Walker's Renton Subaru Eliminators, breezed through the competition to win their division at the Spokane Hoopfest Championships on June 25 and 26. The team went 5-0 overall in the Hoopfest, which bills itself as the largest 3-on-3 hoops tournament in the world with a total of 27,876 players and 14,000 games played over the weekend.
