Prep roundup: Inglemoor boys lose to Mount Si, Bothell boys beat Woodinville

Amanda Luckett leads Inglemoor girls past Mount Si

The Bothell High boys basketball team put together a fourth-quarter rally for a big conference win over Woodinville, 64-58, on Friday at Woodinville High School.

Senior wing Josh Kollman hit a go-ahead 3-pointer to give Bothell a 59-56 lead late in the fourth quarter. Jake Medjo, Kollman and Cameron Tyson each hit a pair of free throws in the final minute to clinch the victory for Bothell.

The Cougars (4-1 KingCo, 9-2) had lost two in a row coming in, including a 70-68 loss to Issaquah on Jan. 3. The Cougars jumped out to a 16-7 lead after the first quarter against Woodinville and led 38-25 at the break.

Woodinville (2-3, 5-5) outscored Bothell 22-7 in the third quarter and took a lead into the fourth.

Next, Bothell is scheduled to play Eastlane at 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 10 at Bothell High School.

Mount Si 48, Inglemoor 41.

Wildcat freshman Jabe Mullins scored 22 points to lead Mount Si to a conference victory over Inglemoor on Jan. 6 at Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie.

Mount Si () outscored Inglemoor 29-20 in the second half.

Inglemoor senior Ryan Hamilton led the Vikings () with 13 points in the loss. Jaxon Peay had seven points and seven rebounds.

Next, Inglemoor is set to play Skyline at 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 10 in Issaquah.

Cedar Park Christian 45, Evergreen 34.

The Eagles rode big first quarter lead to a nonconference win over Evergreen on Jan. 5 at Cedar Park Christian in Bothell.

Cedar Park (7-6) led 20-3 at the end of the first quarter and 25-13 at halftime.

George Reidy scored 15 points in the win for the Eagles. Reidy and senior post Andrei Leonardi each grabbed eight rebounds.

Next, Cedar Park returns to Cascade Conference play with a home game against Granite Falls at 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 10.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Inglemoor 65, Mount Si 48

The Vikings dominated Mount Si for a big conference win on Jan. 6 in Snoqualmie, outscoring Mount Si 23-6 in the second quarter and 32-27 in the second half.

Senior Amanda Luckett scored 21 points and finished with 14 rebounds and five steals. Freshman Lucy Young and sophomore Jenna Troy both scored 13.

Inglemoor (3-3, 6-5) has won three of the last four, and is scheduled to play Skyline at 7:15 p.m. on Jan. 11 in Issaquah.
