A house believed to be owned by former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and his Grammy award-winning spouse, Ciara, was recently put on the market after the Seahawks traded the Super Bowl winner to the Denver Broncos.
The good news – the massive Lake Washington-adjacent mansion is only listed for $28 million on Redfin. An additional listing of the property includes some additional acreage for a total price of $36 million.
The 11,104 square-foot home at 905 Shoreland Dr SE in Bellevue was purchased in 2015 from a former Microsoft executive for $6.7 million at the time.
According to the property’s Redfin page, the mansion has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Being on the lakefront, the details claim the property has 270 feet of beach shore, with a dock that can hold four boats and even a 60-foot yacht.
Pictures in the listing indicate the property has several amenities for families with children including a play structure outside, a basketball or tennis court, a children’s playroom with glass walls and doors, and a treehouse with an interior design and elegant decor which suggest that the space was ready for adult-use.
The central space of the home features a spiraling staircase with beautiful iron workings for the railings. The home features a few Tibetan-style doors and entryways that look as if they open to some sort of Himalayan temple. An earlier listing of the home claimed that the doors and entryways are 500-year-old hand carved pieces, presumably imported.
The home also includes several exercise areas, a home gym, several lounges with pool tables, an ornate home theater, a walk-in closet, a massive kitchen equipped with at least two refrigerators and what appears to be a recording studio.
