There wasn’t much the Inglemoor High football team could do once Skyline got into the red zone.
Skyline scored six rushing touchdowns, five of them from inside the 2-yard line, in a 48-0 conference victory over Inglemoor on Friday, Oct. 14 at Spartan Stadium in Sammamish.
Isaiah Shim scored three times, and finished with 110 yards on 19 carries for Skyline (5-0 KingCo, 6-1). The Spartans outscored Inglemoor (1-4, 1-6) 28-0 in the second quarter alone.
Inglemoor quarterback Dahlton Sullivan completed seven of 27 attempts for 54 yards and an interception. Kyle Loken rushed five times for 29 yards.
The Vikings finished with only 70 total yards of offense on 48 plays.
Next, Inglemoor is scheduled to play Mount Si on Friday, Oct. 21 in Snoqualmie. A win over the Wildcats would move Inglemoor into sole possession of the fifth spot in the conference standings.
