The Bothell High School boys basketball team crushed Newport during the first quarter Friday and then cruised to a 76-47 victory.

The Bothell High School boys basketball team crushed Newport during the first quarter Friday and then cruised to a 76-47 victory.

The Cougars outscored the Knights during the first quarter 32-4. Newport played the rest of the game tough against the Cougars but never cut too far into the advantage.

Bothell was led by Josh Kollman with 24 points and Cameron Tyson with 17 points. Jcob Medjo also contributed 12 points for the Cougars.
