Bothell’s Hub International acquires Signature Insurance Group

Hub International Limited — a global insurance brokerage whose HUB Northwest operations are based in Bothell — has acquired Signature Insurance Group, Inc., a Woodinville insurance brokerage firm.  Dennis Boyd, Signature’s president and a former defensive lineman for the Seattle Seahawks, has joined HUB Northwest as vice president of retail sales;  he reports to Erik Kuhn, vice president of commercial retail. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
