Bothell road closure in Snohomish County extended

The Snohomish County Department of Public Works is advising motorists that the full road closure on 51st Ave. S.E. has been extended.

The closure has been extended through 5 p.m. on Aug. 30. Traffic will not return to working order until the project is completed.

Strider Construction Co. Inc. has been granted permission to close 51st Ave. S.E. between 180th Street S.E. and 196th Street S.E. to install a dewatering system and to continue to replace the culvert in conjunction with Snohimish DPW 2013 Surface Water Management Drainage Improvement Project.
