Bothell edges Ballard to advance in KingCo tournament | Prep girls basketball

The Bothell High School girls basketball team edged Ballard Saturday, 38-35, at Juanita High School in Kirkland to advance in the KingCo 4A tournament.

The Cougars built a 30-18 lead through three quarters, which was large enough to hold off the Beavers’ nine-point advantage during the fourth quarter.

Taya Corosdale led Bothell with a 13 points during the game.
