Bothell HealthPoint to hosts Dare to Care 5K Dash

HealthPoint will host the Dare to Care 5K Dash from 9-11 a.m. on Aug. 15 on the Sammamish trail.

This family friendly 5K Walk/Run is open to participants of all abilities. The course is accessible to all levels, ages and groups. Bring the family or a work team – even the dog.

The Dare to Care Dash is an out-and-back course through downtown Bothell to the Sammamish trail. Food, music and even an appearance by Blitz, Seahawks mascot will be on hand. The cost is $20 person and kids 12 and under are free. The price includes a t-shirt.

HealthPoint is located at 10414 Beardslee Blvd. in Bothell.
