Cedar Park’s season comes to an end with loss to Unviersity Prep | Prep boys baksetball

The Cedar Park Christian high School boys basketball team’s season came to an end with a 61-45 loss to University Prep on Tuesday in Bothell.

The Eagles began the game with a five point first-quarter lead and expanded it to seven by halftime. But a devastating 24-5 run during the third quarter by Prep dashed the Cedar Park faithful’s hopes of qualifying for state.

Cedar Park was led by Jaden Sheffey with nine points.

Cedar Park finishes the year 11-14 overall.
