Bothell Mayor Lamb, Samberg to face off for Position 6 council spot | Elections

The city of Bothell election season will kick off with an Aug. 16 primary election featuring Jennifer Armenta, Adam Brauch and Andy Rheaume vying for the top-two Position 2 spots for the Nov. 8 general election.
Current Position 2 councilmember Tris Samberg will challenge Mayor Mark Lamb for the Position 6 spot Nov. 8. Also in the general election, Nicholas Carlson will run against current Position 4 incumbent Bill Evans.
In Kenmore, current Position 1 councilmember John Hendrickson will run against current Position 7 councilmember Glenn Rogers for the Position 7 spot. (Both Hendrickson and Rogers’ current terms expire Dec. 31.)
Brent Smith will be running unopposed for Position 1.
Mayor David Baker will be running unopposed for Position 5 and Deputy Mayor Milton Curtis will be running unopposed for Position 3. (Both their current terms also expire Dec. 31.)
