Bothell beats Issaquah behind Gleed, Ryder | Prep baseball

The Bothell High School baseball team defeated Issaquah, 4-1, on Monday.

Issaquah got on the scoreboard first with a run during the third inning but Bothell came right back with all four of its runs during the fourth, fifth and sixth innings.

Quinn Gleed earned the victory from the mound, throwing six innings and allowing five hits while striking out seven batters. Carson Ryder earned the save for the Cougars. Ryder also led the offense with two RBI, while Conner Walker also knocked in a run.

Bothell will travel to Mount Si for a 4 p.m. game on Wednesday.
