Northshore Velocity soccer team takes North Puget Sound League Division 1 title

The Northshore Soccer Club SC G01 Velocity won the GU12 North Puget Sound League Division 1 title Saturday.

The team defeated the Mercer Island Thunder with a 5-0 victory during the championship.

Velocity outscored its opponents 26-3 this season and will defend their 2012 Cranberry Cup title later this month.
