Third annual NAMES Foundation event in Bothell Sept. 8

The NAMES Foundation will hold its third annual 5K/10K run/walk at Pop Keeney Stadium in Bothell from 7-11 a.m. on Sept. 8. The NAMES Foundation is a charitable fundraising event to support our troops, veterans and their families.

Funds raised will help provide elementary kids of deployed soldiers with school backpacks and supplies, provide scholarships to local high school graduates and unite injured soldiers under medical treatment with their familes by providing travel assistance. The cost to participate is $40 per person for the 10K and $30 per per person for the 5K event.
