Inglemoor senior Anna Richards signs National Letter of Intent for track and field

Inglemoor High School senior Anna Richards has signed a National Letter of Intent to compete in track and field at Western Washington University.

Richards, a two sport varsity athlete for the Vikings (cross country and track) is the reigning 4A KingCo and District I/II champion in the triple jump. She is currently ranked No. 4 in the state with her recent jump of 37-feet, 1-inch at the Arcadia Invitational.

Richards was also helped the Inglemoor cross country team to place seventh at the State Championships last fall.

Richards is also receiving an academic scholarship to Western and will be entering the honors program. She will be graduating this June from Inglemoor with a full IB Diploma and a 3.98 GPA.
