Eaton appoints new director for company in Bothell

Power management company Eaton today announced Diane Springer has been appointed director, Eaton Business Excellence Assessment program (EBEA).

Power management company Eaton today announced Diane Springer has been appointed director, Eaton Business Excellence Assessment program (EBEA).

The EBEA process is designed to help Eaton’s businesses implement and drive continuous improvement across the organization.  In this role, Springer will lead the team responsible to maintain, improve and deploy the EBEA process across Eaton globally. Springer will be located in the company’s Bothell location.

Most recently, Springer was senior manager for EBEA programs. Earlier in her career, Springer held positions in the Electrical Sector as manager, Prescriptive Processes and Toolkits and quality manager for the Sensors Business unit.

Springer holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Gonzaga University in Spokane..
