The Cedar Park Christian boys soccer team built a big lead against Seattle Christian Wednesday night and then held on for a 4-3 win in Bothell.
Jack McDonald got the Eagles on the board first, taking a pass from Alex Ballard and putting the ball into the back of the Seattle net at the 10-minute mark. Ballard followed that score with an unassisted goal just eight minutes later.
Cedar Park took a 3-0 lead two minutes after that, as Jeremiah Hawkins scored unassisted.
An unassisted goal at the 21-minute mark broke the shutout for Seattle Christian.
Josh Christianson got the three-goal lead back for Cedar Park on a penalty kick, which would prove important as Seattle Christian scored during the 65th and 80th minutes of the game.
