The Snohomish County Public Works Department has issued a permit for Plats Plus to work on Filbert Drive from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 28.

Traffic will be down to a single lane while installation of water and frontage improvements at the Talon Landing project takes place.

While emergency vehicles and School transportation will have access at all times, other motorists may encounter traffic.
