Crossfit Bothell hosts Strongman Workshop, June 6 and 7

CrossFit, located at 19017 120th Ave. NE in Bothell, is hosting a Strongman Workshop June 6 and 7.

The event, which costs $275, will include Strongman exercises, nutrition, events and gear assistance.

Strongman competitions have been around since the 1970’s and, between then and now, hundreds of people have competed for the title of World’s Strongest.

While the event at Bothell’s CrossFit may not be a competition, it may help participants learn how to achieve Strongman success.
