Laura Perry and Jayleen Ryberg, art docents at Sunrise Elementary School in Redmond, display art work created by their students at the Northshore Schools Foundation Luncheon. Held recently at the Lynnwood Convention Center, the luncheon showcased student projects and performances along with the presentation of the Torchbearers Award to Fred Hering. Proceeds from the event supported Innovative Classroom Grants, new and updated instructional materials and National Board Certification for Northshore School District staff.
