Evergreen Washelli’s annual Bothell downtown Chilifest, held in conjunction with the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce, will heat up from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 13. Sample the culinary wares of 15 chili chefs. There is no admission charge, but attendees are asked to bring a can of chili or other non-perishable food item, or cash donation. People get to vote for the People’s Choice Award with each dollar or food item donated.
