Fifth annual Chilifest on tap tonight

Evergreen Washelli's annual Bothell downtown Chilifest, held in conjunction with the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce, will heat up from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 13. Sample the culinary wares of 15 chili chefs. There is no admission charge, but attendees are asked to bring a can of chili or other non-perishable food item, or cash donation. People get to vote for the People's Choice Award with each dollar or food item donated. Chefs can enter their chili in the fest for $25 by contacting Dale Amundsen at (425) 486-1281 or djamundsen@washelli.com.
