Kenmore artist Stephanie Lindsey opens new show at the Arts of Kenmore Gallery

The Arts of Kenmore Gallery at Kenmore City Hall celebrated the opening of its second exhibit with a solo show, “Inspired by Nature,” featuring oil paintings by Stephanie Lindsey on July 26.

The Arts of Kenmore Gallery at Kenmore City Hall celebrated the opening of its second exhibit with a solo show, “Inspired by Nature,” featuring oil paintings by Stephanie Lindsey on July 26. The exhibit will be on display until Sept. 20 and is open to the public during regular business hours.

The opening reception included welcoming remarks by Mayor David Baker and Arts of Kenmore (AOK) President David Maehren. Lindsey gave a presentation on her process, from inspiration to finished painting. Her colorful work celebrates nature and color. Live music was performed by Kenmore musician Brian Bohman.

The Arts of Kenmore (AOK) has partnered with the City of Kenmore to produce four to five art exhibits per year at no cost to the city. The Kenmore City Hall Art Gallery is a building design feature that promotes the city’s goal of providing a free venue to showcase the works of local artists.
