The Kenmore Junior High math team finished the school competition for mathcounts Feb. 14. Edward Yang was first pace with 100 percent correct. Jason Zhu was second, followed by Steven Tanner and T.J. Marchello in third and fourth. Nathan Nguyen and Patrick Bi were strong fifth- and sixth-place finishers. The team competes over midwinter break in Mount Vernon for the regional championships.
