The Snohomish County Master Gardener Foundation is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a Snohomish County resident enrolled in a Washington State college or university to study horticulture.

The winner of the Snohomish County scholarship will also have their application forwarded to the Master Gardener Foundation of Washington State for consideration for the $1,000 Van Bobbitt Scholarship.
