Theft

Described as a woman, 46, the suspect allegedly loaded $150 in groceries into a cart and simply left a business in the 22600 block of State Route 527, according to police. Reports say no arrests were made and the case is still open.

Theft

Public reports are missing some details, but police say unknown suspects took a camera, lens and battery valued at $2,900 from a woman, 61, in the 20200 block of SR 527. Reports contain no further information.

Theft

This time, the perpetrator struck a business in the 9600 block of State Route 522, making off with $8,228 in construction equipment. The stolen goods include four generators, a dirt compactor and portable rotary saws. No suspects were listed.

Aug. 22

Vehicle theft

A 2002 Honda VFR800 motorcycle was stolen from a residential driveway in the 24000 block of 15th Avenue Southeast. The cycle was valued at $4,500.

Theft from vehicle

Personal items were stolen from a car parked in a residential driveway in the 20100 block of Hollyhills Drive Northeast. The items were valued at $250. The thieves broke out a front passenger window to gain access to the car.

Aug. 20

Vehicle theft

A 1999 Acura Integra was stolen from the 700 block of 226th Street Southeast. Valued at $3,000, the car has not been recovered.

Aug. 19

Residential burglary

Forcing their way through a locked sliding glass door at the rear of the home, thieves made off with electronics and a wedding ring from a home in the 1600 block of 242nd Street Southeast. The stolen items were valued at $3,200. Reports gave a brief description of the suspect as a white male.

Commercial burglary

Cash totaling $200 was taken from a vehicle parked in the lot of unidentified business in the 1700 block of 228th Street Southeast. The victim saw a man in his 20s flee the scene.

Aug. 27

Possible vehicle theft

Judging from reports, police believe they caught the suspect sitting inside a car allegedly stolen from a used-car lot. Officials further say they found an unspecified amount of heroin on the suspect’s person. The suspect was arrested in the 8300 block of Northeast Bothell Way and booked into King County jail.

Aug. 26

Suspicious circumstances

The suspect reported she left her residence to run some errands, returning home roughly two hours later to discover a pile of clothes missing. Police reported nothing else stolen and no sign of forced entry into the residence.

Aug. 25

Attempted burglary

Persons unknown tried to force open the front door of a home in the 8400 Northeast 157th Place. No entry was gained, nothing was reported missing.
