Theft from vehicle

Camping equipment and CDs were stolen when persons unknown busted a window of a car parked in a lot in the 1000 block of Northeast 164th Place. The value of the missing goods was given as $100.

Residential burglary

A thief or thieves entered a home in the 2000 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast through an unlocked door and left with a video game console, games and accessories valued at approximately $500.

Residential burglary

According to police, the homeowner caught a would-be burglar in the act of rummaging through a home in the 2000 block of Third Place West. The suspect apparently broke out a window to enter the residence. Police reports are sketchy from that point, but apparently the suspect fled the scene with nothing to show for his efforts.

Residential burglary

Police reports say an unlocked door allowed a suspect or suspects to enter a home in the 1000 block of 100th Avenue Northeast. Missing items include electronics and jewelry. Total value: about $2,800.

KENMORE

March 18

Theft from vehicle

Persons unknown made off with a $260 car navigation system from a vehicle parked in the lot of an apartment complex on Juanita Drive.

March 16

Car theft

A Shoreline deputy discovered a stolen Kia Rondo abandoned and set on fire in the 14500 block of 10th Avenue Northeast. The car had been taken the day before from the driveway of a Kenmore home in the 17600 block of 80th Court Northeast. Reports did not indicate the extent of the damage done to the car.

March 15

Assault

Police are investigating an assault that allegedly place about 2 a.m. outside Kenmore Lanes on Northeast Bothell Way. The altercation reportedly started when one group of bowlers became upset with another group, who were supposedly goofing off on the lanes. The suspects allegedly attacked the victims as they left the bowling alley. One man reported being knocked to the ground, where he was beaten and kicked, eventually losing consciousness. Police described the suspects as Asian males, accompanied by an Asian woman, but reports did not contain any estimate of the age of the suspects. The victims were all in their early 20s.

DUI

Police arrested a male driver for DUI after stopping him in the 18200 block of 73rd Avenue Northeast.
