State senators are conducting a statewide listening tour to hear from citizens about state transportation funding.

A special legislative session for transportation funding may be held in November or December.

The Senate Majority Coalition is also proposing a series of reforms to go along with any new funding.

One of the reforms would require that toll revenues be used only for projects on the road ‘corridor’ in which the tolls are collected.
