Coming off Tuesday’s narrow loss to Lake Washington where just nine goals were scored by both squads, the Eagles soared, putting up four unanswered goals to pick apart Bothell’s zone defense before on the way to scoring eight by the half.

With an 8–5 lead at the break, Issaquah kept the pressure on scoring three in the third and six in the fourth to put the Cougars away.

With the senior midfielder finishing with six points including two assists, Issaquah also saw top production coming from senior midfielder Jake Gonzalez and attackman Cody Klansnic with three goals apiece.

Issaquah (2-1-0) next faces Inglemoor (0-2-0) at 8 p.m. tomorrow at Issaquah High School. Bothell (0-3-0) next faces Eastlake (1-1-0), Tuesday, March 22 in a 7 p.m. start at Bothell High School.
