Cedar Park hammers Chimacum behind Grigorya hat trick | Prep boys soccer

The Cedar Park boys soccer team defeated Chimacum behind David Grigorya’s hat trick Wednesday 5-0.

Grigorya got the Eagles on the board, with an assist by teammate Mark Verderg, during the eighth minute. But the team went silent for the duration of the first half.

An assist by Alex Ballard gave Grigorya his second goal of the game during the 53rd minute of play.

Josh Ionesi scored off a Connor MacDonald assist during the 63rd minute, and then Grigorya completed the hat trick on a Mitchell McAusian pass during the 72nd minute.

Sam Ionesi scored the team’s final goal, on an assist by Nathan Smith, during the 75th minute of play.

Daniel Christensen earned the shutout in goal for the Eagles.
