Sushi Chinoise ribbon cutting May 10 in Bothell

Sushi Chinoise will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 10 at 4:30 p.m. with the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Andy Rheaume.

The ceremony will include live music, cake and a toast.

Sushi Chinoise is the third of chef Thoa Nguyen’s restaurants in the greater Seattle area, opening in March. In total, Nguyen has opened seven restaurants over the course of her career.

The restaurant focuses on pan-Asian dishes which include pho, wok dishes and summer salad rolls.

Last May, Nguyen competed on the Food Network program Beat Bobby Flay where she bested the chef with her version of bibimbap, a Korean rice dish.
