Cedar Park beats Charles Wright in six innings | Prep baseball

The Cedar Park baseball team beat Charles Wright in a six inning mercy-rule shortened game Friday, 11-1.

The Eagles received a strong effort from Josh Thompson, who pitched five innings, giving up no earned runs.

Cedar Park was led on offense by Joe Heindel, who went 2-for-2 with 3 RBI. Both Josh McIntyre and Adrian Vela finished with 2 RBI each.
