Trust and votes are earned. Steve Booth received the most votes in the primary campaign because he worked hard for every vote, canvassing neighborhoods and meeting with community leaders and stakeholders, including our firefighters, policeman and politicians.

These efforts earned Steve a broad range of endorsements, including our police and firefighters, the majority of his colleagues on the Planning Commission and the bipartisan support of Sen. Rosemary McAuliffe and former Attorney General Rob McKenna.

Steve is about hard work and service, not politics. He served in the U.S. Army, earned his MBA at the University of Washington and worked as an executive for a Fortune 500 company. He understands the critical roles public servants and private business leaders play in protecting our safety and driving our economy, each an essential ingredient to our quality of life.

Steve is excited about the continued expansion of the UW-Bothell campus. He appreciates the new investments being made in Bothell by the business community and he understands the importance of sustaining the city’s unique heritage and natural resources.

Steve is a dedicated father, husband and neighbor who truly cares about his community. He served on the Northshore Youth Basketball Association when his two sons attended Northshore schools and currently serves on the Executive Leadership Committee for Hopelink, an organization serving the needs of at-risk children, families and seniors in our community.
